Are there any health conditions/concerns to consider?

Yes, we unfortunately discourage those with extreme hypertension, claustrophobia, and contagious viruses.

Is traceable Native American ancestry required?

No, but we do have monthly ceremonies strictly reserved for Native Americans only Those who identify spiritually are welcome to partake on all other days.

Are there pre-ceremonial preparations to consider?

Yes. Traditionally, no drugs or alcohol should be ingested AT LEAST 24 hours prior to a ceremony. Hydrating as much as possible the day before is heavily encouraged.

How long is the ceremony?

The ceremony itself takes approximately 4 hours. However, the lodge construction and warming of the rocks takes up to 3 hours, and the lodge breakdown process is roughly 1 hour. We encourage a helping hand with the entire process.
